TUPE: Employee Liability Information

As of 1 May 2014 the deadline for a Transferor or to provide Employee Liability Information to a Transferee under Regulation 11(6)(a) of TUPE has increased from 14 days to 28 days.

This amendment was made by the Collective Redundancies and Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (Amendment) Regulations 2014, which came into force on 31 January 2014.

Please note that this amendment only applies to TUPE transfers that take place on or after 1 May 2014.
